The name Valkyrie (pronounced val-ker-ee) Physical Therapy comes from the Valkyries, female warriors of Norse mythology. Translated from Old Norse, Valkyrie means "chooser of the slain", and in this scenario, meant to represent the choice we all have as individuals for our health and well-being.
